Based on the research in this field at home and abroad, the application technology of automatic, high-efficiency and energy-saving purification system for industrial volatile organic pollutants (VOCs) was tested and verified repeatedly. It was found that honeycomb activated carbon had high adsorption efficiency for organic waste gas, low wind resistance, lowest cost, and could be reused regeneratively; noble metal honeycomb ceramic catalyst had high catalytic activity and low reaction temperature. According to this study, honeycomb activated carbon and precious metal honeycomb ceramic catalysts have the functions of treating volatile organic pollutants, and can be used to develop the application technology of industrial volatile organic pollutants automatic high-efficiency energy-saving purification system.
