  I. System Introduction

  Tianjin Xinlong Airport Equipment Co., Ltd. as a domestic professional manufacturer of airport equipment, has developed an airport border security system based on optical fiber sensing core technology. This technology has been successfully applied in various sensitive areas such as South China Sea Underwater Detection Array, High-speed Rail Protection Network, Military Base, Power Energy, Public Security and so on. By laying sensor optical cable in the monitoring area, the monitoring area can be effectively monitored. When there is external intrusion, the sensor system identifies the intrusion type by detecting the interference signal characteristics of the light, and then gives an alarm. Sensor optical cable detection system and airport video, broadcasting, lighting and other systems constitute the airport border security management system.   3. System Architecture

  Airport border security system is mainly composed of five subsystems: optical fiber intrusion alarm system, video surveillance system, video display system, intelligent voice broadcasting system and vehicle license plate system.

  1. Fiber-optic Intrusion Alarm System

  The optical fiber intrusion alarm system obtains the illegal intrusion signal through the vibration optical cable, and feeds the intrusion signal back to the peripheral system alarm host through the communication optical cable. The host distinguishes whether the intrusion signal is a real malicious intrusion signal according to its own intelligent recognition algorithm. When an illegal intrusion occurs, the system sends the alarm information to the client of the monitoring software located in the central control room through the local area network, thus alerting the user to the alarm information, and linking up the relevant sound and light alarms.

  2. Video surveillance system

  Through cameras deployed in the monitoring area, the collected field images are transmitted to the central storage device through the field Gigabit ring network for video redundancy storage, and unified video surveillance management is carried out through the software of the video integrated management platform.   3. Video Large Screen Display System

It supports video, RGB and network signals to be stitched on the stitching display wall with single screen and M*N stitching.   4. Intelligent Voice Broadcasting System

  This system adopts TCP/IP network technology which is widely used to transmit audio signals in LAN and WAN in the form of IP packet protocol. It thoroughly solves the problems of poor sound quality, complex maintenance and management, and poor interaction performance of traditional broadcasting system. The system is simple to use and easy to install and expand - only connecting the digital broadcasting terminal to the computer network can form a powerful digital broadcasting system.

  5. Car License Plate System

  The system is mainly composed of front-end data acquisition subsystem, network transmission subsystem and central management subsystem. The front-end data acquisition subsystem obtains the data of vehicle passing time, speed, picture, license plate number, body color and so on through video tracking and analysis technology. Data is transmitted to the central management subsystem through the network transmission subsystem. The central management subsystem manages, stores and shares data centrally.
