BHF01 Aircraft Guide Screen
The BHF01 pilot screen manufactured by Tianjin Xinlong Airport Equipment Co., Ltd. is a new type of noise-reducing guide screen with large scale, advanced technology, excellent tail flow diversion effect, safe ground operation, simplified apron operation process and improved operation efficiency. The combined noise reduction module is a patent technology.
Applicable models: B747/B737/A320 series aircraft and business aircraft.
High thrust test wake: 96% in the steering air and 51.4 dB noise reduction (135 dB in the screen and 83.6 dB out of the screen)
Main Technical Conditions
1. U-shaped noise reduction diversion;
2. The safety level of the guide screen is level 2.
3. The service life of the guide screen structure is 15 years.
4. The seismic strength of the guide screen is over 8.
5. The guide screen bears the wind force - the impact force of hurricanes above grade 12;
6. The basic load of the guide screen is 3.2KN/, which can withstand the impact of wind speed over 50m/s.
7. The air impact rear panel is equipped with sound-absorbing material after 50 mm air layer is set in the combined module.
8. The integral structure of the guide screen reduces the noise. The airflow directs over 96% of the air and reduces the noise by about 50-60 decibels.
9. Behind the diversion screen and behind the straight wall, there is no airflow 5 meters away. All of them are safe areas for pedestrians to pass through.

Steel structure:
The bending beams of the main wall structure are made of 125*125*6.5*9H steel. The rear main support steel structure uses 100*100*6*8H steel.
Combination noise reduction module
First layer: 304 stainless steel perforated plate, thickness t = 1.0mm, aperture: 2.5mm, hole spacing: 5.1mm plum blossom arrangement, perforation rate is about 23%.
The second layer: fire protection, waterproof. Fire-proof alkali-free water-repellent glass cloth wrapped with sound-absorbing cotton.
The third layer: high-density sound-absorbing materials.
Layer 4: Q235-B galvanized steel sheet with thickness t=1.0mm. (Electrostatic sprayable colour)
Characteristics of guide screen
1. The guide screen has the function of reducing noise.
2. The two sides of the guide screen collect airflow, which can simultaneously achieve the purpose of twice noise reduction by secondary diversion.
3. The overall structure of the guide screen reduces noise.
4. A combination module is used inside the guide screen, and two kinds of sound-absorbing materials (patented technology) are set up.
5. The front and rear columns of the diversion screen are connected with the apron ground by planting bars. With M20*260mm chemical anchor, the pull-out resistance of each anchor can reach 53KN.
